The Prize: Every full paying adult visiting Spaceport between 12 January 2009 and 22 February 2009 will have the opportunity to enter a prize draw to win a Doctor Who, Cybershade mask. This promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over. This competition is not open to employees of , Spaceport, Mersey Ferries, Merseyside Passenger Transport authority and /or Executive, any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition or their direct family members. Spaceport reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and reserve the right to disqualify any entrant and/or winner in our absolute discretion. The promotional period is 12/01/09 - 22/02/09. Prize draw entry will close at 6pm on 22/02/09. The winner will be chosen at random and informed by 27/02/09. The winner will be required to confirm their acceptance of the prize before 9/03/09. If the prize is unclaimed or declined, a supplementary winner may be drawn at the Promoters discretion and the winner will be notified by email. The prize is not transferable and are non negotiable. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. This promotion will be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
